*Password is very important information for customers. Try to set something that is difficult for others to guess.

On the product details page, select color/size/quantity and click the "ADD TO CART" or "MAKE TO ORDER" button.
*Please note that the item will be automatically removed from the cart after a certain period of time (30 minutes) after it is added to the cart.

You must log in before processing your order. Please enter your registered email address and password.
*Customers who have already logged in can skip this screen and proceed to the next screen.
*If you have not yet registered as a member, you will need to complete the procedures on the " New Member Registration Screen ."

Please pay the total price displayed for each product, consumption tax, shipping fee, and transfer fee.
You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
*All prices displayed on this site exclude consumption tax.

1. There are five types of credit cards that can be used: JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, and Diners.
*Available for bulk use only.
*There is no fee when paying by credit card.

2. Bank Transfer Please transfer the amount to the bank account listed in the order completion email within 7 days after completing the order.

We are currently not issuing receipts.

The ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport .
Delivery of products is limited to within Japan only.
*On the shipping date, we will send an email to the email address you registered to confirm shipping completion. Free domestic shipping.

・Please note that we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders other than returns or exchanges, excluding product defects or incorrect shipments. If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact us by email within 7 days. After contacting us, we will explain how to return the product and receive a refund. In that case, we will bear the shipping charges.

・Please use your local remodeling store for processing or repair of the purchased product. Core Jewels stores do not process or repair items. Please note.
